Portable Universal Cell Phone JammerTired of those idiots screaming to their cellphones? I mean, why on earth do they have to talk so loud? Want to just smash their cellphone into millions of pieces?

Now there's a better solution: the cell phone jammer. Sure it's been around for a while, but this one is really cool because it's portable and actually works.

Not much bigger than an iPhone, it will silence any cellphone for about 32 feet in all directions. It is able to block the following frequencies: GSM850, EGSM900, DCS1800, PCS1900, CDMA800, WCDMA/CDMA2000, PHS, DECT and 3G.

Even though the battery only lasts for about 1.5 hours, it's long enough to jam most annoying conversations.

Priced at $246 it is rather expensive. More info available here.

inkless printer for your cell phoneThis compact printer uses plastic paper with thermal properties. These thermal properties react to different temperatures which is supposed to deliver great quality.

The printer is so small, it's perfect to attach to any handheld device.
Zink, the company behind this small printer, is a spin-off of Polaroid. This cool product was featured in the New Scientist Tech magazine.

To create the perfect colors, the printer uses a method that controls the colors by using temperature. The crystals in the top yellow layer need the highest temperature and shortest time to melt, the magenta (which is the middle layer) needs a lower temperature and longer time, the bottom cyan layer requires the lowest temperatures and longest exposure time.

The printed images look great and are water proof. This gadget is expected to be available late 2007 for about $200.
