All this time we thought we were the only ones with this problem.People working from home who happen to have a cat as pet, have a fairly unique problem. Cats like to be near the epicenter of activity, they enjoy sitting and sleeping on warm objects.
A keyboard fulfills both requirements; if its owner is a knowledge worker and spends most of his time on the keyboard then the cat will most likely enjoy sleeping near its owner on the keyboard.
The more people we showed the Kitty Keyboard Kover, the more people acknowledged the problem.
This $25 gadget is a simple glass bridge which you can put on top of your keyboard so your cat can rest while you do the typing.

Well this keyboard isn't really the most environmentally friendly component since it's created out of wood. But, at least it's more biodegradable than plastic.This Japanese gadget forces you to cut out each letter yourself. You can even place them in the order of your choice (azerty, qwerty, ...).
The keyboard is pretty expensive, available for $200.
