This amazing little gadget is designed to help us taking control over our stress.The emWave is 3.37 x 2.25 x .7in (85 x 55 x 14mm) thin and only weighs 2 ounces.
Available in silver or blue, it looks really nice and is easy to carry.
What this device does is it monitors the intervals between heart beats (you plug a clip on your thumb or ear). When a person is stressed, these intervals become irregular.
That's where the emWave kicks in, it will notice the irregular intervals and help you to relax. The LEDs will display the status of your heartbeats, you focus on your breaths until you see the red blinking LEDs changing in green LEDs.
Included is software to monitor everything on your computer too.
